Elaine Daniels brings 25+ years of experience in the consulting engineering sector, of which the last 15+ years have been focused on talent acquisition. In her early career, Elaine worked in project management, where she had the opportunity working with diverse teams to deliver complex capital projects, primarily in the commercial and heavy industrial sectors. In 1999 she changed careers to focus on talent acquisition, remaining in the engineering consulting sector. Over the years, Elaine has been engaged with organizations such as OSPE, OACETT, TRIEC, and ACCES providing seminars to internationally educated professionals, on how to navigate the evolving Canadian employment workspace.
