Carol Kubeldis, is the Vice President of Talent Acquisition at Providence, one of the nation’s largest non-profit comprehensive health care organizations. Together, our 120,000 caregivers serve 51 hospitals, 1085 clinics and a comprehensive range of health and social services across Alaska, California Montana, New Mexico, Oregon, Texas and Washington.
Carol Kubeldis’ twenty plus years of health care experience comprises a continued focus on impacting the quality of patient care and the pursuit of health for a better world. With a bachelor’s of science in nursing from Oregon Health Sciences University, she started her career as an RN, later managing specialty departments and serving in education as a clinical instructor. Transitioning to a human resources role within Providence she has continued her collaborative approach with healthcare leaders to drive innovative recruitment strategies. She has led complex HR and talent acquisition integrations, technology implementations, and outsourced models with a focus on systems thinking, human center design, change management, and communications. She credits recognition for top recruiting performance in the industry to her strong operational background and the ability to create and have the good fortune to work with high performing teams.
Carol currently lives in the Seattle area and in her down time she spends her time exploring the many trails and beach walks with Joel and their rescue dog Diesel.
