Simrah (Sim) Ozel, Director Talent Acquisition, Moneris.   Sim has 20+ years of Human Resources experience, encompassing various HR roles in Talent Acquisition, total rewards, employee and labour relations within a variety of industries including retail, financial services, health care and fintech.   Moneris is Canada’s Number 1 payment processor whose mission is to  create safer, faster and smarter payment solutions for its customers.  Sim leads a team of Talent Acquisition Partners located in Toronto and Montreal.  In 2019, Sim partnered with the MarCom team to build a digital recruitment marketing strategy.
