As a Human Capital Principal Researcher, Robin Erickson, PhD, advises The Conference Board (TCB) members, leads TCB’s Employee Engagement Institute, conducts industry surveys, researches leading practices, writes reports, and develops frameworks and tools. Recognized as a thought leader for talent acquisition, talent mobility, engagement, and retention, Robin draws on her experiences as a research analyst at Bersin and a talent strategies consultant at multiple consulting firms.
 
Robin has been published in the Deloitte Review, Forbes.com, Business FinanceWorkspan, the International Journal of Organizational Analysis, and the International Encyclopedia of Interpersonal Communication. In addition to her TCB and Bersin reports, she co-authored several Deloitte publications, including, Are You Overlooking Your Greatest Source of TalentThe Talent Paradoxand Where Did Our Employees Go?A frequent presenter, Robin’s national and international speaking engagements have included TCB conferences and council meetings, IMPACT, Recruiting Trends & Talent Acquisition Technology, Digital Talent Acquisition Technology, HR Tech World Congress, LinkedIn Talent Connect, as well as many others.
 
Robin holds a PhD from Northwestern University in organizational communication and change, a master’s degree in communication from Northwestern University, a master’s degree in theology from Northern Seminary, and a bachelor’s degree from the University of Chicago. In addition, she is Project Management Professional (PMP) certified.
